New photos of the 2025 Ram HD

Not being a die hard RAM fan... it looks the exact same to me. Maybe a few little tweaks up front? Not a fan of the split headlight, the little sliver of body color looks odd.

Off-Roader Value package available on RAM build and price in Canada. Is it available in the USA as well?

No, you're right, I lump them all together but prefer the terrain mode, better acceleration control in 4LO with only brakes but yea not a true crawl control.

HP/Torq difference in 24 tacoma with Basic and Premium

I'm also reading the idea of elevations affecting fuel grades, 85, 86 and 87, doesn't apply to turbo engines like it does to NA engines. That would mean people in elevation driving a Tacoma would need to run 88, not 85 or 86. Has anyone else heard that or have a link?

Off-Roader Value package available on RAM build and price in Canada. Is it available in the USA as well?

It's not a straight exchange rate issue. Often times trucks in Canada come with more standard options required whereas in the US those are truly options, other times, they just charge more for the same thing.

HP/Torq difference in 24 tacoma with Basic and Premium

Often times we talk about about things and don't really see the data, this post from Tacomaworld is interesting and I tought I would share it here. This is from a shop that does tunes. Here they're comparing peak tq and hp using 91 and 85 octane fuel. A reduction of 45ish torque. Also note the...

The truth about 2024 Tacoma transmissions failing

Those people can be annoying. So now you're driving your Tacoma like I drive my Sierra, you're waiting for the tranny to go and I'm waiting for the lifters to stop lifting. Luckily I did buy a good extended warranty for 125k miles or something around there. That was mainly for electronics but...

    My 1985 Toyota 4x4 pickup

That is a fantastic truck. My dad had a 87-88 22re MT. One of my favorite trucks of all time.

TRD Jon on truck payments and how much YouTube pays him

I watched the video and I thought it was good insight and interesting. I've seen some stuff like this before, TFL did one a while back and I remember being so surprised by how little they actually make from their YouTube. John's seemed much better, I wonder about the disparity.

    GM Infotainment Recall

    GM Infotainment Recall

This must have bled over from the issue/solution they found in the Colorado/Canyon battery drain software, good on them for rolling it out to others. I would try to time it up with a service since it's not a safety issue.

    Pops new GMC 2500 AT4

It was advertised as 5,000 off MSRP and I think he got a couple more so from 87 down to around 80. He got them to throw in a hard tri-fold tonneau as well. Seems like as long as you stay away from the completely loaded ultimate or platinums there's some good deals to be had on 3/4 tons.

TRD Jon on truck payments and how much YouTube pays him

I'll try to watch this one, don't really watch TRDJohn anymore though. Just not a fan of the new truck with immediate thousands and thousands of dollars of mods and then videos about the mods. I can appreciate what he's done though.

Do you agree with the NACTOY Truck of the Year semi-finalists?

From what I'm seeing those are nearly impossible to find. MT, Access cab and long beds are unicorns in Toyota land.
