    RHO for Tim

It’s a late Christmas present… Enjoy and take it for a good rip for all of us!

Confusion explodes over California diesel engine ban

I saw some old footage of a Monday night football game in Pittsburg and how you couldn’t see across the city… then they showed the current skyline. It looked crystal clear now in comparison. We all like to have clean air to breathe. I’m from Canada so I essentially have the popcorn out to see...

Restored Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis explains why he’s back

Hopefully he can make some small moves in the short term to get Ram’s inventory more competitive. Longer term we will see. I could easily see some adjustments on the trims being offered and perhaps some more options on the lower end trims. I’m not sure how much he can influence price but back in...

    3rd Gen Engine Failures

Very good point. A lot of people don’t do any research and just pop by their local dealers to see what they have. They look to buy something off the lot. I am pretty practical as far as the capabilities of any truck I buy but I definitely have to like the look of it or it’s a no go. Some people...

Stellantis CEO Tavares resigns over differences with the board

I agree that they probably can’t make many changes in the short term. Ram used to be the value brand (IMHO) and that translated to a lot of sales. It will seem like Tavares leaving helped the brand in the short term if sales continue to rebound as more desired models become available. Hopefully...

NHTSA fines Ford $165M for failure to meet federal recall requirements

I wouldn’t be surprised if you see more of these fines industry wide. So many new products and enhancements to market. The necessary parts to fix recalls on new product takes time(ie: the recall isn’t fixed in a timely manner).

Trump Presidency affecting the U.S. truck market

I laugh at the comments on the video version. People still think it’s biased in some way. The article is a great read. Some interesting points in the article concerning how long changes take. I am excited to see what new improvements/changes we will see in the near future for trucks and for...

    New Website Design is LIVE!

lol… I’m sure it was… the site looks funny when the headlines don’t match the pictures. I’ll try clearing the cache… may just be my version of chrome and the cache as you say. I had done some web design and updating in the past so I wanted you to be aware if I saw anything strange.

That was quick … looks okay now… May have caught it during an update.

    New Website Design is LIVE!

Hey Tim, Sorry to say but the headlines don’t match the pictures on the website again. The RHO pic has the QX80 headline. GM fort wayne assembly plant picture has the RAM RHO VS RAM TRX headlines…etc. have fun with it.

Hey Tim, Looks like the headlines and the pictures aren’t lining up if you use google chrome…?

Buyer beware parts delay for engine coolant flow control valve

I feel bad for Brian and any other owners dealing with this type of issue. It’s enough to turn you off of a manufacturer. I would expect it on an entirely new model or a significant refresh. As you’ve mentioned Tim. There is always a time delay for replacement parts available on new models or...

Buyer beware parts delay for engine coolant flow control valve

Yes, I always carry some basic tools even with my new truck. I bring an extra tool box whenever I tow (or go to the cottage) because you never know what you could run in to.

Buyer beware parts delay for engine coolant flow control valve

The old clunkers I owned in the late 80’s to early 90’s (built in the 70’s) had lots of parts available … especially used parts from so many in the junk yard. Not to mention the rust problems (75 Mercury comet, 77 Mercury Monarch 80 Mazda GLC). Some of the problems of course made worse by me...

2025 Ram 1500 RHO exhaust note

I liked the sound when driving away. Not so much revving it up in park.

    RHO RIDE AND DRIVE EVENT???

I’m very much looking forward to both of your thoughts on the truck. It’s the new Halo vehicle for RAM. A little out of my price range but I know some of the tech in the Halo vehicles trickles down to the lower trim models… enjoy the drive.

Is the UAW right about Ram 1500 production moving to Mexico?

According to Driving.ca…ie: https://driving.ca/auto-news/2025-ram-1500-prices-drop-canada. Perhaps the same coming your way as well??

Is the UAW right about Ram 1500 production moving to Mexico?

Just a quick side note. I see the 2025 Ram Lineup in Canada just decreased by $4000 across the board (not including RHO). This appears to be in addition to current discounts. Looks like Stellantis is trying to generate some additional sales in the north.

Off-Roader Value package available on RAM build and price in Canada. Is it available in the USA as well?

I’m not sure…I’m sure Tim will be able to test it with his RHO when he gets it. I searched and found this: Selec-Speed Control The 2025 Ram 1500 is ready for just about anything that your journey tosses its way. That’s why it can also be armed with Selec-Speed Control, which helps you maintain...
