I used to be a fuel hauler here in Canada and loaded primarily out of Regina. Places like 7-11 used Petro Canada gas, fast gas outlets uses generic refinery gas, which in my case was co-op gas. Shell has their own additives as does Petro Canada, Esso, co-op has their additives also. I always wondered what Costco was adding to the gas I delivered, they have an additives tank. Before I could offload they needed to know how many litres I was putting in each tank. They then added their secret ingredient to the tanks before I could start offloading. Does anyone know what they are putting in the gas and do they do this in the US. I could understand it if I was delivering pure gas but I always loaded the regular stuff with the additives in it which in my case was at Esso.
