What model pickup is this?

These wheels are similar to the wheels you see on a big rig truck (a pair of tires on each side in the rear and "innies" for the rear). These wheels along with that 5 inch lift kit, that length flatbed, the rear tow bar, and steel-plated truck cap is perfect for a mobile journeyman office and tool shed.

But what kind of wheels are those you see in this picture and which site can I find them?

In addition, which manufacturer makes this truck and what model is it?

Side note, which SUV would this type of pickup truck partner up with perfectly? - If an SUV was specially designed for construction contractor jobs? (To house your lunch box, documents, laptop, mobile punch clock, etc.?)

That's a Ford Super Duty dually. The taillight gave it away.

The SUV that would partner with it is the Excursion.

I think those are Alcoa wheels.

My favorite memory of the Excursion is the comparison article Four Wheeler magazine had on it and the Suburban.

After driving the Excursion they said the Suburban felt sporty.

Same! But they are rust buckets up here, there’s one I see from time to time and I still stop to stare at it.
