Honest question. Did you find the 0-60 test to be useful?
No, unless the difference is monumental, pretty much anything in the past 20 years is good enough.
Yep, it just doesn't matter. Can I enter a freeway without causing traffic to brake? Can I tow an "average" trailer on an "average" route? That's all that matters.
I could care less about 0-60 times. If I wanted speed , I’d buy a sports car. I’m more interested in how well it pulls a trailer over distance and can it safely stop if needed. Reliability is another interesting factor.
I only ask because, while I think TFL does a great job on the 0-60 videos, I just don't find them useful. I thought I might be wrong. Like that's never happened before... LOL
I suspect that it's purely for entertainment purposes and engagement. There's always a war in the comments, especially when it comes to truck, so it drives engagement up. I usually don't watch the 0-60 unless it's part of a bigger video like in this case.
