New here!

Hello, my name is Charles. I just joined the forum. I am going to need help picking a new truck for my business/personal use, and to learn more about trucks, because most of the stuff I watch on YouTube picks one brand against another, it's so confusing.
Welcome!

Howdy!

For some reason my first reply didn't take.

I was wondering what business you have and what personal uses you are planning for the truck.

Nice!

Are you planning on pulling a trailer?

Are you doing residential or commercial accounts?

I will tell you as a fellow landscaper you do not need diesel unless you are doing major installation like hardscapes, trees, and the like.

I'm guessing Zero turn mower, weed wacker, edger, blower, rakes, grain/coal shovels, fertilizer spreaders and the rest.
Roughly less than 3,000 pounds worth of equipment and fuel all out.

That makes it fairly easy. Aim for what uses for your family, Vacations and such, and go from there.

Personally, I like uncarpeted floors because of mud. Same for using seat covers. Sweat, chemicals, and mud.

That will do the job quite well. I had a 2002 Silverado 1500 and towed a T-300 Bobcat with it along with a five head pigmy date palm. (The weight of the bobcat and palm lifted the back end of the truck three feet off the ground as I loaded them onto the trailer.)
