Need Help Upgrading My RAM 2500 to the OEM 12-Inch Uconnect 5 Touchscreen

Hey everyone! I recently bought a RAM 2500 and I’m looking into upgrading the factory radio to the OEM 12-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen. I’d like to keep everything looking and working like it came from the factory, but I’m not sure exactly what parts I need or how complicated the installation is.

Has anyone here done this upgrade on their RAM 2500? I’m curious about whether it’s a direct swap or if I’ll need additional wiring, modules, or programming to get everything working properly.

Also, will the factory backup camera, steering wheel controls, and climate controls still work after the upgrade? If there’s anything else I should know before buying the parts, I’d really appreciate your advice.
