This was a pretty interesting news item that came across my desk today. I don't think ALL of the 2025 Ram 1500 production is moving, but it sure seems like Stellantis is planning to expand production and have more trucks sold globally.

The folks at Stellantis have been busy with the 2025 Ram 1500 Mexico production expanding and it will also launch in Brazil in the coming months.

I was thinking the same especially with the new Tacoma going to Mexico and it got even more expensive.

The labor rates will be lower which equates to higher profit margins for the CEOs and stockholders. No different than sending manufacturing overseas for the lower labor rates. A capitalistic based economy places profits above all else. We are seeing our own oligarchs rise in power and control (IMO).

Mine too, excellent fit and finish. Now the Tundra, assembled in Texas, and engines built in Huntsville, Alabama and how did all that work out?
