Did they fire their PR, sales, and marketing teams? No really. I ask because if they don't think that they utterly destroyed their credibility along with their public image with the Tundra recall fiasco, they are sorely wrong.

What do you really see happening? I personally don't think it matters. Sure, enthusiasts and what not know about the issues, or those on the fence between Toyota and Ford and researching, but not the average buyer. They'll be fine, just like any of the brands when a fiasco presented itself. Ala Ford Explorer's tire issues or GM hiding the ignition key issues. Guess we'll find out when Tim goes over quarterly sales numbers and see if it changes much.
