Had a slight setback

On Thursday I got something in my eye that ended up scraping it fairly decent in the cornea. It was annoying to the point I used drops and tried to flush my eyes out at the eye station. (Remember to run the water for a bit first to get the rusty water out)

It distracted me so much that I ended up choking on my sandwich at lunch. A co=worker had to perform the Heimlich on me. I took the rest f the day after that but still had a small piece stuck to the side. (Very small) I couldn't get it out but could breathe. My wife did a little googling and said to drink a pop (soft drink) The carbonation worked and cleared everything out.

Went to the eye doctors on Friday and was prescribed some drops. Throat was a little sore and scratchy for some weird reason so I took it easy. I'll get back on the podcast project Monday/

It's all fun and games until you put an eye-out. I remember having constant eye pain one morning but couldn't find anything. Went to the eye doc asap and he found a tiny eyelash stub embedded in my lid that was pointing straight at my eye. Like a hair-sliver.
