Getting another Nissan pickup

I will be getting a 1991 Nissan Hardbody 4x4 for a little off roader beater, its a regular cab 4x4 short bed 4 cylinder 5 speed, the guy says its needs the transmission rebuilt.

Not getting another Nissan pickup now, I get there and the guy was a complete flake, the biggest thing is he did not have a title like the Facebook ad said so no deal.
