Does Anyone know what kind of truck this is?

Thank you much, im 17 so i have never bought a vehical before and im thinking about getting both of these, if it where you in this situation how much would you offer? what problems would you look for?
 
They are both ex-military machines and worked hard. Also desirable, so I am not sure about pricing. Definitely look at the top of the windshield where a mini rain gutter is. The entire are around the windshield is known for rusting. Check out the rocker panels, under the door, for rust as well as the corners of the cab and the wheel wells.

Don't be surprised if the top of the dash is cracked. That is normal no matter what the brand at that age.

Lastly, these are three speed transmissions most likely so expect low gas mileage. Like 10 to 12 mpg.
