Ive got a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. My display screen randomly changes applications or will go blank. Curious if anyone is having this problem and if you found a solution.

I have a 2021 GMC and haven't experienced this issue. When you say swapping applications that makes me think it's bouncing between a Carplay/Android Auto connection and the default home screen? If so, I would check the cords you're using for the connection?

On my 2014 my channels will randomly change, cell calls go on hold and navigation sometimes goes wonky. This happens randomly now and then. Dealership was no help at the time. I live with it.
