Cloth seats and farts

I think he's right, although you may have to plant your face into the seat to check, just make sure nobody see's you doing this, I do have a preference for leather seats, I find you actually sneeze less, when up plop your butt down on a cloth seat, you get a cloud of dust, now into the science, more cloth seat drivers will have more specs of snot against the the inside of windshield.
 
There is nothing better to get rid of a fart than ventilated seats. That fan sucks it down and blows it out the back/bottom. That being said, those who sit behind me do not have the same affinity for those ventilated seats....odd. :p
