I loved Ken Burns series on the Civil War. He really brought the personal aspect to that series. I'm looking forward to see what he brings to this one.
Have either of you heard the Short History Of podcast series from the Noiser network? That's my go to.A year or two ago I stumbled upon an American revolution podcast by Michael Troy. Each episode was 30 to 45 minutes and took you from before the revolution through the revolution ...hundreds of episodes. One of the best things I've ever listened to.
