I used one over here on the East Coast back in 2015. Worked out extremely well. Cost me $500 back then and I believe it was well worth it. It was a crossover for the wife, and I just didn't want to spend a lot of time finding one and negotiating. He found what she wanted (he will also assist in choosing a model if needed), negotiated the deal based on a range I set that we'd travel, and we just showed up at a dealer as scheduled to close the deal. Well worth the money. His name is Tom McParland and his site is Automatchconsulting.com. He is also a regular contributor on Jalopnik.com where I heard about him.
