To me it seems like a very silly combo but I'm sure they'll sell some. Mostly to mall-crawlers.
 
It’s really a ram rebel 2500 with front locker and sway bar disconnect. You lose a lot of what makes a power wagon a power wagon like the lift, better angles and the winch.

To me, it feels really low effort from Ram.
