25 Ford Maverick getting gasoline particulate filter?

Pretty good. I drive a lot of short distances and was only averaging 160 miles between regens. I started using Archoil AR6400-D and my distance between regens increased to 200.

25 Ford Maverick getting gasoline particulate filter?

Thats sooner than I would have thought, but agree its inevitable. It will be interesting to see how PF on the gasoline side differs from diesel. Getty seemed to think regens would be less frequent on gasoline. Regens have been pretty seamless for me on the BabyMax. If I didn’t have an iDash I'd...

25 Ford Maverick getting gasoline particulate filter?

According to Getty Garage the 25 Ford Maverick is getting a gasoline particulate filter. To the best of my knowledge this is the first non diesel in the US to get a PF.

    GM Infotainment Recall

No, this needs to be done in the dealership. The update addresses an issue with OTA updates. I guess they figure fixing an issue with OTA updates with an OTA update is not a good idea.

24 AT4 3.0L with just over 10,000 miles which I purchased 9 months ago. I do my own service work, oil every 5000 miles, as as NMTrucker said, the cost of servicing the Duramax is comparable to a gasser. The only issue that I've encountered was a emissions related CEL (P2297) at around 3000...

All new trucks are junk these days?

I'd argue that my 24 GMC AT4 is far better built than the Dodge W250 I bought in 86. Tech wise it was bone simple stupid but still managed to leak oil from the day I got it.
