Things I Learned After a Week Behind the Wheel of the 2026 Toyota Tundra

A couple of weeks ago, Tim sent me to my local Toyota dealership to inspect the build quality of the 2026 Toyota Tundra. I found one issue on that truck that raised an eyebrow. Fast forward, and I’ve now spent a full week living with a 2026 Toyota Tundra Limited Nightshade 4×4 with the i-Force...

GM Defines “Normal” Oil Consumption for Trucks as Owners Say Huh? 1 Quart/2k Miles

Yeah, I found that same lawsuit. I do find it odd it is the 5.0L and not the EcoBoost. I mean turbocharged engines always get the bad rap, so I assumed it was them.

GM Defines “Normal” Oil Consumption for Trucks as Owners Say Huh? 1 Quart/2k Miles

I doubt GM engines are consuming more oil than other brands. That just doesn’t seem right. But, hey maybe they do!

Top 5 Maintenance Mistakes Truck Owners Make

Pickup trucks occupy a special place in the American psyche, somewhere between a Swiss Army knife and a declaration of moral superiority. They’re the automotive equivalent of signaling willingness to help a friend move, even if you never intend to actually do it. And yet, for all the...

With the new redesign of the Ford F-150 pushed back to 2028, there is plenty of time to play the “what if” game when it comes to engine choices. 2026 Ram Hemi Exhaust

My assumption would be yes. Both exhausts on Mopar’s site are cat back. I can’t imagine they would sell something different than what Mopar provides. https://www.mopargenuineparts.com/sku/77072520aa.html

All I can say is that sucks. And sorry, I don’t have any idea why GM isn’t covering the 2019 model year. It seems to me they should.

    What did you do today?

Took a nap. It was nice. Oh and also talked to 3 sets of 30 special needs kids about being a social media influencer. Some slept, some asked questions, some played with their hands, some made random noises. It was nice to give back in a small way. My wife gets me involved in these things.

Shh... you are a member and getting early access. LOL. It is a full week of truck comparisons. I had to redo the Ford vs Chevy thanks to a edit flub and it ran this morning. I found the flub after skimming the comments. A person was mad because the video was "behind a paywall." I'm like be...
