I think the 8 speed and 3.92 rear end make the Ram suck more gas. The 8 speed is a very smooth shifting transmission, but I think the two additional overdrives give Ford and GM an edge. My Ram runs 3-400 rpm higher than my F150 did at the same speeds. It is almost always 2k+ RPM while my F150...

The dealer gave me a tank of premium, so I thought I would keep using it for a thousand miles or so, get a baseline with premium and switch to regular. After 10k I'll try a few tanks of premium again to see if it makes a difference.

I loved this video. You are obviously so pumped over the RHO. I’m looking forward to your other vids on YOUR RHO when you get it. I think you are spot on in your comments about how this is a well thought out, usable toy (my word not yours) that will be more livable than the TRX.

So far I like it. It is amazing how much more convenient it is to not have to reach or climb over the tailgate to get stuff into and out of the bed.
