2026 Nissan Frontier vs Ford Ranger

I’d take the Nissan frontier! Had a 2021 ranger and the transmission was just horrible to deal with.

I’m just here to read the next generation of comments about how AFM/DFM is ruining everything from trucks to the price of eggs, etc. 🤣

2026 Ram 1500 Black Express Towing Review: How the Standard-Output Hurricane Handles a 5,200-Pound Camper

I loved that video and it played a role in my decision to purchase my tundra. I would love for you to run the trucks again and with all of the different engines.

2026 Ram 1500 Black Express Towing Review: How the Standard-Output Hurricane Handles a 5,200-Pound Camper

I'd agree that 7-8 mpg would be pretty disappointing for a 5200lbs camper. I was expecting something much closer to 10mpg> Fuel tank is either a 26 gallon tank or a 33 gallon tank. That means around 210-270 miles of range if you run the tank dry. I'm curious what the other half ton would get...

Ram Digital Key Still Not Working 2 Years After Debut? Company Promises Fix Coming, Soon?

I hate this technology trend where they promise something and maybe deliver it in the future in a software update. I missed the days where when they would announce something, it was good to go.

2027 Ram Power Wagon Cummins Diesel Arrives, Finally Fixes Flaw with DIY Winch

It’s really a ram rebel 2500 with front locker and sway bar disconnect. You lose a lot of what makes a power wagon a power wagon like the lift, better angles and the winch. To me, it feels really low effort from Ram.

Second Toyota Tundra Engine Failure Recall Issued Due to Thousands of Failures: Two Fixes Confirmed

Wow that sucks! I still can’t believe that Toyota uses a short bloc for hybrid engines vs a long block. This is a prime example of the problems it can cause. Are you getting an attorney involved? I would lemon law it like you said.

Consumer Reports least reliable midsize trucks for 2026

What a weird ranking by consumer reports, especially the ranger and gladiator.

CONSUMER REPORTS LEAST RELIABLE FULL-SIZE TRUCKS FOR 2026

2019+ for reliability and you get about 5mpg better fuel economy in-town with the 3.6 vs the Hemi (15mpg vs 20mpg). I can’t comment on specific trim levels as the 3.6l is not offered on a lot of trims.

CONSUMER REPORTS LEAST RELIABLE FULL-SIZE TRUCKS FOR 2026

I’d go with a ram with the 3.6l v6. You will save on gas, it’s more reliable than the Hemi and it sounds like it will not be used to tow anything heavy so the v6 is plenty. You’re right, the rams will be more comfortable than other brands.

Second Toyota Tundra Engine Failure Recall Issued Due to Thousands of Failures: Two Fixes Confirmed

Thank you for getting as much information out there as possible. I read it that larger debris came before the fix was applied for the second round of engines but it’s heading in the right direction as of fall. I saw the back and forth on the Tundra forum and you probably realized, but it’s a...

Second Toyota Tundra Engine Failure Recall Issued Due to Thousands of Failures: Two Fixes Confirmed

If I was not on the internet, I would not know any of these engine issues are happening and that's what people forget. My truck is performing really well and is not giving me any issues in the 8 months and 22 000km (14 000mi) have had it. The truck is 3 years old and the odometer is reading 74...

Second Toyota Tundra Engine Failure Recall Issued Due to Thousands of Failures: Two Fixes Confirmed

I think it depends. If Toyota designed the main bearing with no debris in mind, and then reality sets in where they realized that they can't remove the debris 100%, well you have to account for that. The real question is, why are they having so many issues clearing the block? @testerdahl Could...
