I did not see any rust, I am going to get a better look at it after work today and maybe buy it if all goes well.Looks clean from here, how's the rust?
I ended up not buying as its 1995 and it has a bunch one year only stuff on it and I don't want to deal with the headaches.Looks clean from here, how's the rust?
What do you mean by one year only? Also, I’ve never heard of a truck topper as a canopy. Is that common for you area?I ended up not buying as its 1995 and it has a bunch one year only stuff on it and I don't want to deal with the headaches.
The transmission is a one year only because of some parts inside of the transmission and some other things, I have only hear of them called canopies on the Oregon coast. What do you mean by one year only? Also, I’ve never heard of a truck topper as a canopy. Is that common for you area?
I don't know. For $2250 I'd take the chance. You could put 50k on it with no problems or put 10k on it and need a new transmission. At that point, you could junk it and get half your money back. Seems like a small gamble as are all used trucks with that kind of mileage. The transmission is a one year only because of some parts inside of the transmission and some other things, I have only hear of them called canopies on the Oregon coast.
I'm in the PNW, pacific northwest, and 99% of the time they're called a canopy. I have heard topper but that's rare. I think of a topper as a generic term for anything covering the bed of the truck. We have a chain of stores our here called "Canopy World" they sell Canopys, tonneau's and other misc. truck items. What do you mean by one year only?
