6.0 V8 Sierra

I’ve been looking everywhere online and talked to people but can’t seem to get a final answer. I was trying to see what the highest and minimal octane rating of gas I can put in my extended cab 2500hd 6.0 v8 sierra. If anyone has an answer I will be thankful as hell.
