Finally some pricing information! The 4Runner release is just in time to complete with the 2026 Honda Passport. Good write up! Thanks.
 
Interesting, they blew right past all of the Land Cruisers. Considering you can get a Fully Loaded Land Cruiser - Land Cruiser (Not the 1958) with the $5k premium package for $68,500. That's the most expensive Cruiser you can get not including accessories.

It makes sense because the 4Runner typically sat just above the Tacoma. Both, Tacoma/4Runner seem overpriced still.

The naming of that trim is one of the dumbest thing in recent naming history. Land Cruiser Land Cruiser...

Hybrid starts at 67 598,50 $
  • TRD Offroad standard + 0 $
  • Platinum + 6 362 $ (73 960.50 $)
  • TRD PRO + 13 162 $ (80 760.50 $)
  • Trailhunter + 16 865 $ (84 464.50 $)

Ouffff!!!!!! I have only seen 1 Toyota Tacoma up to now, the only Landcruiser I have seen is a demo (Toyota dealer owner)

Ya, price may be inline with competition, but they are all overpriced (IMO) !

Was supposed to change my Jeep about 1.5 years ago, and I think I will still drive it for a couple of years :rolleyes:
Can no longer afford putting so much money on a computer enclosed in a metal box on 4 wheels, me that i was changing every 3-4 years before.

Hopefully it will be very very reliable so people can keep them long and they do not cost too much in maintenance and repair.

A base 4runner starts at 8 000$ over a base 4 door Ford Bronco and 3 000$ above a base Jeep Wrangler. But both can get more expensive than the top 4runner trims.

Base land cruiser is 72K$ and top of the line first edition is 92K$. The cheapest 4runner hybrid is 5 000$ less than a base land cruiser. There's to much cross over in pricing between the 4runner and land cruiser.
