I was waiting for this, thanks!

Things are not looking good at RAM. GMC is about to overtake them on their own, no help from Chevrolet needed!

I think that the Maverick sales were down because of the recall that prevented them from being sold for a couple of weeks.

Tacoma is back on top and the Ranger is making it's way back towards the number 2/3 spots.

Nice to see GMC continue to climb, obviously biased as I own one, but I think they're still making the best all around truck out there right now and have been for the last 5 years. It's interesting that I posted a week or two ago that in my area I see way more new GM Heavy Duties than new RAM Heavy Duties. The data seems to prove that, GM is outselling RAM by more than a 2:1 margin in the HD segment. I like that Chevy and GMC combined are stomping Ford, only because I'm tired of hearing Ford F Series as the "best selling truck" for some stupid amount of years.

Worried about RAM but I have been for a while, 2nd and 3rd Qtr. will be interesting to see the numbers for them and how much of a boost or hit the new pricey trucks are making.

I'm actually not worried about Ram because they got rid of Tavares and he was the guy to bump Ramn upscale against GMC. Those numbers track for that market. I am hoping that whatshisname pushes Ram back into the commercial market by promoting the Big Horn editions and other "lower" trims.

I'm also going to use these numbers as a baseline from before and after the Tariffs.

My take is the same. Besides what all the doom & gloom posters on YT say, I think all of them are doing perfectly fine, even Ram. Dropping the DT reduced a lot of sales for Ram so it makes sense. The same over at Toyota, so much crap was slung at the Tacoma but it's still outselling the others with ease. And the 2025 Q1 number is the second highest for Tacoma Q1 sales since 2006. Agin, so much for the nay-sayers.

One thing I expected was higher sales numbers for the new Ranger. Not that they are low historically for Ranger, just blah for a new model hitting its stride. I think it is a great truck and better in many ways than the GM twins, but sales have been dropping every quarter since deliveries really started last year. It surely is not challenging GM and isn't even in Tacoma's rearview mirror. Odd considering it was the choice between the three with many reviewers. Well, at least Tim is helping Ford out.....

I’ve started seeing this type of comment more lately here and on YouTube. I think, and I hope, people are starting to see through the BS.

I do wish I could get the doom and gloom views! Man they get a million views in just a few days. I’ve NEVER had a million view video.
Yep, it's why I subscribed to you. Just honest assessment without BS hype and crazy predictions. Unfortunately, social media thrives on that crap. It's the only thing keeping it in existence, like reality TV with overhyped drama. I've found common sense is exceedingly rare out in the wild.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I agree on every statement you made.
I subscribe to Pickup Truck and SUV talk for the balanced view without any other agenda.
