A new 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 recall has been issued for 70,000 trucks that could see part of their grille flying off. 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 recall General Motors issued a recall for the upper trim piece that attaches to the hood of the Sierra and holds the chrome front grille deflector into place. This piece could break “resulting in grille detachment.” The recall #25V060000 has been posted to the NHTSA.gov website and it states around 3 percent of the 70,768 trucks included in the recall might have this defect.
