Have the sales of the Titan increased?

oh, I saw and appreciated that video (and the one you did with your neighbor who bought a Titan to replace his F-150, too). You’re my first go-to for info as I think about my someday truck, Tim! But, I haven’t gone back and forth about a new Tundra vs a new Titan. Instead, as expensive as new...

Have the sales of the Titan increased?

Funny someone should ask that…it’d be feasible for me to be a serious shopper by the end of this Summer and since all this news about the Tundra came out, I’ve been perusing ads and video reviews of the 2nd gen Tundra, but also Titans. I couldnt help but notice JD Power, Consumer Reports and...

    Interesting article

The thing I keyed on is things going into vehicles that I’m not sure everyone wants (massive screens and controls in the infotainment) and things people do want, but are being left out (a/c vents in backseats, sunroofs or pano roofs, good old fashioned controls).

    Interesting article

https://www.wsj.com/lifestyle/cars/no-one-wants-a-new-car-now-heres-why-41eba32b nothing many haven’t already talked about, but interesting to see it get so widespread as to be reported on in a national paper.

    I don’t know much, but I thought I’ve heard the 5.4 was trouble…

Is YouTube oversaturated with automotive content?

Tim, I like your channel for the three caracteristics you see in your channel, but also the things you learn about a truck that can only come from living with it a while. I also appreciate your engineer interviews about the development of a new generation of make/model and what they are doing...

Welcome! Curious to hear your thoughts from your test drive.

Is there any interest in used trucks on the channel?

Since new ones are so expensive, I think looking at used trucks from owners perspectives is a great idea! Anytime Tim (or others) spend time talking about what it’s been like to own it. That’s when I listen for those quirks to come out.

    Driving Impressions

appreciate your road-trip driving impressions of the Ranger posted just a bit ago, Tim. When I get freaked out how much a new full sized will be and think about mid-sized, the things that appeal to me about the Ranger is the drivability/ garagability, styling that’s not overwrought, the 2.7...

    Edmunds Mid-Size Review

I think you make a good point and ask a good question. I'm trying not to fall into the trap of, on the one hand, watching videos, talking to others, reading forums, and making the most informed decision I can, especially given how much trucks cost, while, on the other hand, not overthinking by...

    Edmunds Mid-Size Review

I appreciate hearing about the real world livability observations that wouldnt necessarily be immediately apparent looking at or sitting in a truck on a lot or even on a short test drive, but rather after using it in a range of day-to-day applications over an extended period of time….How the...

I liked that she mentioned real world livability things. love the looks of the Colorado, but also keep hearing all the right th8ngs about the Ranger, too.

A fond farewell to the forum

I’m just curious, could you elaborate on the distinction you made between favoring GMC trucks, but not necessarily Chevy? Is it a stylistic or features preference or are you seeing a differnce in other areas, too, like reliability, dealer service support, or other areas?

    2024 Toyota 4Runner (Leak)

Love the exterior looks. Back seat leg room looks pretty cramped…and another massive screen🤮. Wish there was some screen delete option aside from going base trim model.

1 truck the next 10 years?

I don’t own a truck… yet. But, I watch Tim’s videos and come to this forum to learn and hopefully narrow down the answer to that very question. For as much money as trucks cost, I’d say a second gen Tundra crewman limited, but I’m intrigued by Titans, too. I think 80% of the time, a midsize...

    TFL Mega Ike - 5 Mid-size trucks

When you were talking to the Ford dealership, did you happen to ask when the 2.7 six would be coming out? I’m in same place… feel like it’s time to test drive each. I like the looks of Colorado best, am encouraged by what I read and watch (motor Trent TOTY)…except how buzzy people say engine...
