Next frontier for EV is being actually good offroad. None of the software has impressed me or come close to an actual transfer case with locking diffs.

I agree, getting better and better but still not there. Anything out of major highways or civilisation is still a major pain in the ass or impossible. For someone towing short to medium distances and can charge at home. This looks perfect.

They are! And they hand down pretty low, around 10 inches from the ground, but they swivel out of the way when you hit stuff with them. It also lets me know I’m about to rub somewhere under the truck hahaha.

You can now order them as an accessories straight from Toyota, but it should come standard on the Pro and TRD OffRoad models. I have them on my truck and it's ridiculous how big they are. It's like Toyota said, "so you guys want tow hooks, well here's some mf tow hooks."
