    rough idling

That could very well be the issue I had assumed it was doing that before you installed it incorrectly.

Hmm, tough diagnosis. Have you checked everything for vacuum leaks? Timing?

Grats on the new ride, always fun getting a new vehicle

2026 Toyota Tundra updated: Fixes some problems, leaves others desired changes

I don't mind certain trims of trucks not having front tow hooks... but to make a TRD Off-Road, or a TRD Pro and not have them? Big miss. Not quite as big of a miss as not making the fancy seats an option on the Tacoma Pro. It's the first 4 door, 4 seat, 2 seater I've seen.

    GM limits exposure to tariffs

Over the last 10 years she's put ~30 billion more to the bottom line than Ford.

    Ford expects earnings loss

I would be very curious to see what their cost is on all of the recalls. Can't be good for the bottom line.

Stellantis posts 2.7B loss, blames tariffs

It's the out of touch drum they keep beating. My only guess is, European ownership and the EU corporates. They'd rather sell a message than a vehicle.

    GM limits exposure to tariffs

I don't get it either. She gobbles up market share and shits out profit. The GMC brand specifically has had large gains.

New VW ID.Buzz bus failing already in U.S.? Red flags

TFL Truck & TFL Off-road... The only ones I watch. I think it's actually pretty smart to separate out the segments like that, let people subscribe to the channel with the info they want and care about.

New VW ID.Buzz bus failing already in U.S.? Red flags

Yup. Plus they saw it at a show a couple of years ago and at that point it was already long delayed so by the time it hit the market ...the technology was way outdated and overpriced.

Great discussion on how reliability data works and where it can fall short on being useful

I'm glad you said that because that's been the point I've been trying to make all along, that's where the bias comes in. If you look at the type of people who are willing to purchase a membership to consumer reports you're going to see a personality type. It's also reflective of the type of...

    Fitness journey

I'm down about 60lbs in the last year and if I had to point at a couple of things... Water intake Less brown water More light beer (specifically lime garage beers) so good .. Keep at it and up that water! I'm trying to do about 120oz a day that's 70-80 of water and various other items. They've...

New VW ID.Buzz bus failing already in U.S.? Red flags

Yeah it's tough because there's always lots of excitement and I don't blame people, hell I'm excited for a few of them, but as you said the early adopters buy and there just doesn't seem to be any sort of continuing sales after that. The EV market is still too niche.

Great discussion on how reliability data works and where it can fall short on being useful

Yeah that's where you and I differ and what I take issue with... with the amount of pickup trucks sold in this country every year there's no way they don't have the data available to break it down by powertrain. For some reason they're choosing not to and I can't help but think that behavior...

Great discussion on how reliability data works and where it can fall short on being useful

Also, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings about CR I've already stated it's a data point amongst many. I just wish there was more transparency in their rankings.

Great discussion on how reliability data works and where it can fall short on being useful

It's an assessment or evaluation of performance across the product line. It was not a singular item review. Oh, and if you're talking about the trucks it was a comparison review across the three and if they don't understand the differences in those three trims then you have to wonder about...

Great discussion on how reliability data works and where it can fall short on being useful

Maybe but not in my case, I'm talking about a review where they compare a Bighorn to a LTZ and then a Limited 1500 and the limited gets the best overall marks and the reasons they list as why are interior options and ride quality. Well no shit. Then they carry that review into their overall...

2026 Dodge Hornet delayed, future uncertain due to tariffs

We can only judge off of what we know and what they tell us or show us. Unfortunately for RAM they appear to be struggling, specific sales volume isn't the only metric. Plus, their parent company also looks to be struggling. Their market share is down and I don't think it makes a lot of sense...

New VW ID.Buzz bus failing already in U.S.? Red flags

I haven't read the story yet but I remember hearing about the VW buzz coming to the US years ago my biggest takeaways are that it came to the market way later than promised and the range sucks. That's one thing I have to give Ford credit for they strike when the market is hot. The Lightning...
