    You are correct. They are mainly work trucks on the side of the road. I was also very surprised by the lack of midsized trucks. I did count five Tacomas on the ride back and two Mavericks. I think part of the reason for the number of full sized rigs is how many were towing boats. Big ones...

    My wife and I just got back from there and I took a few pictures along the way. While I did see some midsized pickups, mainly Tacoma's, I was surprised by the number of heavy duty trucks out there.

    It's like they never learn from each other. VW and Stellantis fell in similar traps. They forgot their brand identity. You can have versions expand the boundaries (like the Tungsten edition or a 1st edition Land Cruiser) but use your other brands to go after the other markets. (Audi, Lexus)
