Sorry bro. What people want is to be able to believe in the engine. Not the case for several years now and I am afraid to tell you this but you sound like a bit of a shill for Toyota. Moreso, recently Toyota lowered the reliablitly bar even further when they came out and said that even if metal shavings are found in the oil filter, they won't replace the engine unless it has met their "use criteria" (ie been driven while towing trailers, etc.). That is pretty darn weak. People are still pulling oil filters off of 2026 models and finding filings in the oil filters! Toyota also refused to cover engine replacement for the hybrid models because of an NSHTA loophole. Great confidence builder Toyota. If no major changes have been made (aside from the main bearing fix) to the crappy V6 twin turbo, which is well known for grinding itself to metal filings, then I won't buy it and I will continue to post bad things about the Tundra online. Change the engine arrangement and also come back with a V8. Come on Toyota. Pull your head out of the sand. You have had 6 years of humiliation on the full-size truck market. Take a lesson from Ford's Coyote motor. Sheesh!!
