The name is going to be a problem, nearly every Google search i see is the old REO trucks from the 20s to the 60s, I like the idea of what they are trying to do though, even if its a monumental task dealing with all of the ICE rules.

I am trying to figure out where they would get engines to even build trucks, the only company I know of that sells turn key crate engines is GM.

I'm not sure if the truck will survive the next administration. I expect the regulations to come back.
