I think it was dead on release. I don’t know anyone who’s 20k msrp Maverick didn’t come with a 20k market adjustment. Maybe that was just a SF Bay area thing. I bet not.

I have a lot of friends who bought one at $20k. I thought it was interesting in the story that COX auto at the time had the average transaction price at $27k.
